How to choose products from the LUMMUS online store

Select your theme and browse products. If you find a product you like, choose the quantity and place the product into the basket. Basket The basket gives you an overview of the products you have selected and their total cost (shipping fee will be added). When you have added a product to the basket, you can select more products from the online store. Once you have finished choosing the products, you can enter the basket by clicking on the basket in the upper left corner of the page. After entering the basket, check the selected products and their quantity.

Placing an order and payment

To place an order, open the basket, enter your contact details (first name and last name, e-mail, and address where to ship the goods), choose the shipping method, agree with the terms and conditions, and confirm the order. The purchase is deemed as completed after entering the contact details and confirming the order. The buyer undertakes to present the correct data in the placement of an order which is necessary to fulfil the order. LUMMUS is not responsible for the nonfulfillment of the order, for not delivering the order, or for any consequences emanating from submitting incorrect data.

An invoice will be sent to your e-mail immediately after the confirmation of an order. You can make a payment on the basis of an invoice by a bank transfer to the bank account of OÜ JUVEEL or via bank links. When paying by a bank transfer, be sure to write the number of the invoice to the explanation field. If you have made a payment via a bank transfer, please be sure to click the button “BACK TO MERCHANT”, so that

the information of the bank transfer would reach our system immediately and the purchase would be completed. A sales contract is deemed as concluded if we start to fulfil the order and the invoice has been paid. Hence, a binding obligation to fulfil your order will be created only if we are sure that we have the respective goods at the warehouse and the money has been transferred to the bank account of the seller by a payment order completed by the buyer during the term stated in the advance payment invoice. Should the goods not be available, we will notify you about it as soon as possible. If the buyer has already paid for the ordered goods, the seller will return the purchase amount no later than within 7 days. The purchase shall be fulfilled after the receipt of the payment. The packages shall be shipped no later than within 3-5 working days. We will do our best to deliver your goods as soon as possible.

LUMMUS has the right to cancel the orders which are not paid for within 2 days

Transport / delivery of goods

When purchasing goods, you can choose between three transport methods—Omniva courier with the price of EUR 4, or OMNIVA parcel machine with the price of EUR 3.50, or a postal office with the price of EUR 3.50. When choosing the Omniva courier, a courier will contact you via telephone to agree upon the delivery time of the package. When choosing Omniva parcel machine, please be sure to write down the correct telephone number and select the location of the automated parcel terminal that suits you the most.

Prices

All the prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT. LUMMUS has the right to change the prices displayed in the online store at any time. If the prices have been changed in the online store after you have placed an order and paid for it, LUMMUS undertakes to ship the respective products to the user with the prices valid at the time of the order. The person who has placed an order has no right to claim compensation for the price difference.

Personal data and privacy

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. The data will only be used to fulfil an order.

Changing an order

If you have placed an order already but wish to change or cancel it, please send a respective e-mail to the following address: tellimus@juveel.ee no later than within one day. Please be sure to mark the order number in your e-mail! It will not always be possible to carry out changes later on. Filing claims and returning products not in conformity with the requirements Juveel OY is responsible for the conformity of the products sold in the online store to the requirements and for their faults.
